RESOLUTION NO. 88-350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FROM RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY (RM) AND NONRESIDENTIAL RESERVE (NRR) TO OPEN SPACE (OS) AND NRR ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CANNON ROAD, EAST OF PASEO DEL NORTE NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT: CARLTAS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY CASE NO.: GPA/LU 88-2
WHEREAS, a verified application for an amendmenl
General Plan designation for certain property located, a
