RESOLUTION NO. 88-378
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.

4 WHEREAS, BCE Development Incorporated has submitt

Grant Deed conveying a parcel of land to the City of Car:
for park purposes; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac

determined it to be in the public interest to accept

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc:
