RESOLUTION NO. 88-388
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PURCHASE ORDER
FOR THE PURCHASE OF HANDGUNS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the bid for 60 semi-automatic handguns from Lon
Beach Uniform, 2789 Long Beach Blvd. , Long Beach, CA 90806
is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby
authorized to execute a Purchase Order in the amount of
$22,796.33, including tax.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of tk
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 8th
day of kvember , 1988 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larsc
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
