RESOLUTION NO. 88-389 '
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL %OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES.
WHEREAS, prior to the passage of Assembly Bill No. 1666, Char
