RESOLUTION NO. 88-392
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE
MISCELLANEOUS EMPLOYEES' SALARY PLAN OF
THE CITY.
WHEREAS, representatives of management and the Carlsbad City Empl

regarding wages and other terms and conditions of employment for the p 7
Association conducted negotiations pursuant to the Meyers-Millias-Brow
July 1, 1987, through June 30, 1989; and 8
9 WHEREAS, said representatives reached agreement and submitted the
10 Memorandum of Understanding to the City Council which was approved; an1
11 WHEREAS, the second year of the Memorandum of Understanding requi
12
herein; and 16
Employees' Salary Schedule, marked Exhibit A, and incorporated by refe 15
WHEREAS, the survey results have been identified in the Miscellan 14
salary adjustments, and that said survey has been conducted according1 13
completion of a salary survey of benchmark positions in order to make .

WHEREAS, funds for this salary adjustment are available in the Ci

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsba
