RESOLUTION NO. 88-401
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS/SPECIFICATIONS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE REROOFING OF FIRE STATION NO. 1.
WHEREAS, the contract documents and speci a1 provi si ons/speci f i ci
for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transport
and other expenses necessary and incidental for the reroofing of Fire St
No. 1, 1275 Elm Avenue, Contract No. U/M-22, have been prepared, and a
file in the Purchasing and Utilities & Maintenance Departments of the
of Carlsbad, and are incorporated by reference herein.
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-820-5320-261
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci,
Carl s bad, Cal i forn i a, as fol 1 ows :
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The contract documents and special provisions/specificat
as presented, are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carl sbad is hereby authorize
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, the Notice Inv
Bids for the work of said contract in accordance with said contract docul
and special provisions/specifications.
