RESOLUTION NO. 88-402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. U/M-19 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF LIBRARY WATER COOLING TOWER
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, Cal
for the Replacement of the Library Water Cooling Tower; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received for the project was SI
by Southcoast Heating & Air Conditioning of Oceanside, California, in th
of $8,640.00; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in account number 001-820-4010-2460
project.
NOW, THEREFOR:, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The abo\e recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $8,640.00 by Southcoast Heating and Air Condi
of Oceanside, California, for the Replacement of Library Water Coolin:
Contract No. U/M-19, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City C1
hereby authorized to execute a contract therefore.
