A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TENTH
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE FIRM OF NBS/LOWRY FOR CONSULTING ASSESSMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES.
