A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.

WHEREAS, BCS Associates has submitted a Grant Deed conveying
to the City of Carl sbad for water main purposes over a portion of
Carlsbad Tract 81-10; and
7 11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determin 8/1 in the public interest to accept said Deed;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
Cal i forni a, as foll ows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from BCS Associates, dated Novembc
conveying an easement for water main purposes over a port ion of Lot 1
Tract 81-10 to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with the City C
incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.

recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
