RESOLUTION NO. 88-426
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR THE PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD WEST ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, PROJECT NO. 3151
5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, has
6 undertaken proceedings in accordance with State law approving
7 the formation of the Palomar Airport Road West Assessment
8 District: and
9 WHEREAS, said project is currently under construction
10 requiring approval of necessary modifications which are hereby
11 found to be necessary, desirable and in the public interest:
12 and
13 WHEREAS, attached Change Order Number 3 is consistent
14 with the previous findings regarding the formation of said
15 Assessment District.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
17 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
18 2. That Change Order Number 3 for the Palomar Airport
19 Road West Assessment District, Project No. 3151, is hereby
20 approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
21 said Change Order. Following the Mayor's signature of said
22 Change Order, the City Clerk is further authorized and directed
23 to return the original of Change Order Number 3, as well as a
24 copy of this Resolution to the Municipal Projects Department for
25 processing.

3. That the Purchasing Officer is authori
directed to issue a purchase order change in the an
$14,160.75 representing the approved cost of said Chant
Number 3.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin'
Carlsbad City Council held on the 13th day of December
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine and Mamaux
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
ABSTAIN: Council Member Larson
