A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND
CANNON ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL, PROJECT NO. 3270
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Car:
