RESOLUTION NO- 88-435
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO COMY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CONTRACTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has entered into a
Cooperation Agreement with the County of San Diego to
participate in Community Development Block Grant funding
WHEREAS, the City Council notifies the County annua
of selected projects for funding and enters into a contr
to receive funds for said project year; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend prior years contr
as stated in the amendments attached hereto and made a F
hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized to execute the contract amendments.

day of December, 1988, by the following vote, to wit:

SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECT
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to the Agreement for Managemenl Implementation of a Community Development Block Grant Pr (County Contract No. 22638) between the County of San Diegl
, 1989 by and between the CG'JNTY OF SAN DIEGO, a poli subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred 11County11) and the CITY OF CARLSBAD (hereinafter referred - I1City1I) ,
the City of Carlsbad entered into this day of
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the County and the City have earlier entered in
Agreement for management and implementation of Comm: Development Block Grant projects (County Contract NO..22638)
WHEREAS, said Agreement authorized funds for ce: improvements to be made at Chase Field: and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has reqilested an additl
$36,364 of Community Development Block Grant funds to cover
overruns in the project: and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has requested that fund reallocated from the remaining balances of the Mid-Block Pal Lot, Street Lighting, Village Bike Racks and Lincoln St Improvements to cover that cost overrun.
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Paragraph 2 of said County Contract No. 22638 is ame to read as follows:
