RESOLUTION NO. 88-438
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS TO THE SISTER CITY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council appropriated monies for the Mayor ar
staff member to visit Futtsu, Japan; and
WHEREAS, due to the gracious hospital ity of our Japanese hosts, 1
expenses were less than anticipated; and 9

WHEREAS, One Thousand dollars ($1,000) of those monies remain;
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is requesting that
remaining funds ($1,000) be contributed to the Sister City Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci

1. That the above resolution is true and correct.
2. That One Thousand Dollars be transferred from the City Council 1
l6 11 budget (account number 001-840-1010-2940) to the Sister City Program
17 [account number 880-519-92-19-0000).
