RESOLUTION NO. 89-6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS, APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARLSBAD BOULEVARD
PHASE I1 PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl:

3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbac
hereby authorized and directed to publish, in accordance
law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the construc
of the Carlsbad Boulevard Widening Phase 11.
4. That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hc
appropriates to the project account all FAU Funds avail
through the State of California, Department of Transport?

authorizes the Municipal Projects Manager to execute
necessary documents and FAU agreement supplements with the 5
