RESOLUTION NO. 89-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES.
WHEREAS, mai ntai ni ng a1 1 obsol ete f i 1 es, correspondence and paper

WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and N 8

WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code' provides authority fa 6
