RESOLUTION NO. 89-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
SERRA COOPERATIVE LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member of the Serra
Cooperative Library System; and
WHEREAS, the Serra Cooperative Library System Advisory
Board was established pursuant to the California Library
Services Act, which provides that the governing body of each
member jurisdiction of the Cooperative Library System shall
appoint one member to the Advisory Board; and
WHEREAS, the term of Margaret Brownley expired June 1982
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Milt Cooper is hereby appointed to the Serra
Cooperative Library System Advisory Board for a twc
year term.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council Of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on tl
10th day of Januarv , 1989, by the following vote, to wit
