RESOLUTION NO. 89-20
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM
AT RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD AND MELROSE DRIVE PROJECT NO. 3280, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of the traffic signal syst
Rancho Santa Fe Road and Melrose Drive, Project No. 3280
been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has
prepared ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously appropr
funds for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council a
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the traffic signal sy
at Rancho Santa Fe Road and Melrose Drive, Project No. 3280
deemed complete and hereby accepted by the City of Carlsbad
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to ex
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.

1 4. That the Finance Director is hereby authorizec
2 close the project account upon final payment of all claims
3 costs.
