RESOLUTION NO. 89-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN TRAFFIC MONITORING PROGRAM
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad has sc
proposals from qualified traffic consulting engineering firms to perf1
traffic monitoring program of the Growth Management Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby fi
necessary, desirable and in the public interest to award a consultant ag
with JHK & Associates of San Diego, California to provide services fl
project; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has previously collected Traffic Impa
to fund said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Carlsbad, Califor
fol 1 ows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the amount of $59,764 is hereby appropriated fr
unappropriated balance of the Traffic Impact Fund to Account Number 311-;
40-3316 for this project.
3. That a consultant agreement with JHK & Associates is hereby a
