RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 79
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM
AT CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND CANNON ROAD
5 11 6 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Car..

Boulevard and Cannon Road, Project No. 3270; and 8
for construction of a traffic signal system at Car:
9 WHEREAS, the low bid received for the constructio

amount of $57,062; and 11
said project was submitted by Select Electric Company, ir
12 WHEREAS, funds are available in the project acc
13 number 300-820-18%0-3270 for the construction of this pro:

the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 19
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 18
