RESOLUTION NO. 89-31
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING TWO
(2) OPEN SPACE AND SEVEN (7) ACCESS EASEMENTS
FROM THE CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad, has previously entc

accept certain funds; and 7
into an agreement with the California Coastal Conservancy
8 WHEREAS, the California State Coastal Conservancy

certain lateral access easements within the City of Carl: 10
conditioned said grant funds upon the City's acceptance
held by the California Coastal Commission; and 11
