RESOLUTION NO. 89-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
PLAN 8.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
February 7, , 1989, hold a
noticed public hearing as prescribed by law to consider
request: and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearin
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the i
study, analyzing the information submitted by staff, consii
any written comments received, the City Council considerc
factors relating to the Negative Declaration including P1,
Commission Resolution No. 2805 granting Planning Corn
approval of said Negative Declaration: and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1) That the foregoing recitations are true and correct.
2) That the Negative Declaration issued by the Planning Di

California Environmental Quality Act and Title 19 c
Carlsbad Municipal Code.
