RESOLUTION NO. 89-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR LOCAL
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 8.
WHEREAS, a Local Facilities Management Plan has
prepared for Local Facilities Management Zone 8 in accordancc
Chapter 21.90 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on December 21,
hold a duly noticed public hearing as required by law to cor
said plan and at the conclusion of the hearing adopted Resol
No. 2806 making findings and recommending that the City Cc
adopt a plan; and
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was issued b:
Planning Director on April 29, 1988 indicating that the
Facilities Management Plan is not anticipated to havc
significant adverse impact on the environment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at their meeting of Febl
1989 , 1989 held a duly noticed public hearir
considered all testimony and arguments of anyone desiring
heard :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Cc
of the City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1) That the above recitations are true and correct.
2) That the findings and conditions of the Planning Comm: in Resolution No. 2806 also constitute the finding
conditions of the City Council
~ 3) That the Local Facilities Management Plan for Zone 8
~ December 21, 1988 on file with the City Clerk and incorpc herein by reference is hereby approved. Any develc occurring within the boundaries of Zone 8 shall compl] all the terms and conditions of said plan.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of February
1989 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Pettine
