RESOLUTION NO. 89-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE CITY'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR 1988-89 PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the be5
interest of the City of Carlsbad to adopt a long-range Capital Improvemer ' Program, and

City priorities and needs change, and
WHEREAS, the City Council may from time-to-time amend this program i
