RESOLUTION NO. 89-35
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA8 APPROVING A CONSULTANT CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY
FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN UPDATED WATER RECLAMATION MASTER
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

WHEREAS, proposals have been received by the City of
