RESOLUTION NO. 89-37
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNLA, APPROPFUATING
FUNDS FROM THE POLICE ASSET FORFEITURE FUND FOR THE SUPPORT OF POLICE ACTMTIES
WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Carlsbad receives funds
and assets resulting from the Police Department's drug enforcement
activities; and
WHEREAS, said funds must be restricted to use in supporting
police activities including the acquisition of equipment, supplies or
service; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of said funds is necessary before

hereby appropriated from the available hnd balance of the Police l8
the City of Carlsbad, California, that the mount of $24,007.15 be 17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 16

WHEREAS, the Police Forfeiture Asset Fund has an available fund 14
