RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPLICATION
FOR fi HISTORIC PRESERVATION CERTIFIED LOCAL
GOVERNMENT GRANT
4 WHEREAS, the Congress under Public Law 89-665 has authi

10 WHEREAS, the State Department of Parks and Recreation I

19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
20 I City of Carlsbad, California hereby:

23 Historic Preservation Grants-In-Aid assistance for
historic survey project; and

2. Appoints the Housing and Redevelopment Director or
his/her authorized deputy as the agent to coordina
process, and execute all contracts, agreements,
amendments, and ancillary documents within the sco
