RESOLUTION NO. 89-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN FILES.
4 WHEREAS, maintaining all obsolete files, correspondence and paper

WHEREAS, Section 34090 ofthe Government Code provides authority fo 6
