RESOLUTION NO. 89-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONSULTANT INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAINTENANCE OF LIST OF
QUALIFIED FIRMS FOR PROVIDING INSPECTION SERVICES TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concul
consultant inspection services be made available in order to fulfi
ob1 igations; and
WHEREAS, there exists a need for maintaining a list of qualified f
providing Consultant Construction Inspectors.
WHEREAS, satisfactory agreements have been negotiated with the firm
Consultants, CIA Engineering and Luke-Dudek Civil Engineers.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of C
Cal i forni a as foll ows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the mayor to
inspection services agreements with BSI Consultants, CIA Engineering a
Dudek Civil Engineers.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl s
Council held on the *kt day of February , 1989 by the following
wit:
