RESOLUTION NO. 89-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE A WRITTEN
ARGUMENT REGARDING CITY MEASURES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, does declare, determine and o

correct.
