RESOLUTION NO. 89-66
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO PARK AND MARINA DRIVES AND THE PARK DRIVE 1911 ACT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, PROJECT NO. 3216
WHEREAS, a bid for the improvements to Park and Ma
Drives and the remainder of the Park Drive 1911 Act Assess
District, Project No. 3216, was previously awarded by
Carlsbad City Council: and
WHEREAS, construction of the aforementioned improvem
has been satisfactorily completed: and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $348,194.00
previously appropriated for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the improvements to Park and Marina Drives
the remainder of the Park Drive 1911 Act Assessment Distr
Project No. 3216, are hereby complete and accepted by the
of Carlsbad.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
directed to record the Notice of Completion.
4. That the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized

directed to increase Purchase Order No. 6230 in the amount
$31,629.80 representing final project quantities.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of March
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lar;
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
