RESOLUTION NO. 89-67
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT
AND QUITCLAIM DEEDS FOR THE HOME PLANT SEWAGE
PUMP STATION, PROJECT NO. 3299
WHEREAS, property identified as Assessor's Parcel
155-200-03 is required for the City's expansion of the
Plant Sewage Pump Station; and
WHEREAS, the property owners have offered to the Cit
no cost, a dedication of said required parcel; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council finds it necess
desirable, and in the public interest to accept
dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That a grant deed from Richard A. McMahan ar
~ Quitclaim Deed from Joanne S. McMahan transferring interes-
Assessor's Parcel No. 155-200-03 are hereby accepted and
~ 1 City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record
deeds with the San Diego County Recorder. Copies of
recorded deeds are to be forwarded to the Utilities and
