RESOLUTION NO. 89-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SPECIAL COUNSEL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE LAW OFFICES OF BROWN AND
DIVEN FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN PROCESSING COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS.
