RESOLUTION NO. 89-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
4 /I WHEREAS, St Andrews Investments a general partnership, has sub
!5 11 Grant Deed conveying an easement to the City of Carl sbad for water main

over a portion of Lot 21, Carlsbad Tract 74-21; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has determined
in the public interest to accept said Deed;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
Cal i forni a, as foll ows: =I. I1 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

Carlsbad Tract 74-21, to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with '
Clerk and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
3. That the Subordination Agreement from NuWest Commercial Dev
I' 11 Corporation, dated January 9, 1989 approving an easement for water1 i ne

over a portion of Lots 21 of CT 74-21 and subordinating the lien of the
1 trust to the easement is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporate(
2o 11 by reference, is accepted.
