RESOLUTION NO. 89-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLW
($1,200) DONATION FROM CAPITAL BANK OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, Capital Bank has donated one thousand twl
hundred ($1,200) dollars in support of the Annual Easter Eg
Hunt special event recreation program to be held March 25
1989, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council wished to accept thi
donation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the City Council does hereby accept
donation of one thousand two hundred ($1,200) dollars fro
Capital Bank of Carlsbad.
2. That the donation amount is to be deposite
into the recreation special events account
#1-800-519-92-10-000.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regula
meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 21st da
I i of March 1989, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lars01
