A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA UPDATING AND REVISING
APPENDIX 1 TO THE AMENDED LOCAL CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl:
California has adopted a local conflict of interest code whicl
been amended from time to time; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 87306 of the Poli‘
Reform Act of 1974 requires that the City update its conflic
interest code whenever changes are necessitated by ch,
circumstances including the creation of new positions or rel,
changes in the duties assigned to existing positions: and

AMENDED APPENDIX 1 TO THE AMENDED LOCAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
The positions and categories within the City listed in this appendix arc "designated positions." Any person whose position with the City is a designate( position is a designated employee. Designated employees shall disclose in tht: manner provided in the Amended Local Conflict of Interest Code of the City of Carlsbad those financial interests which are within the categories represented by the letter(s) following the listed position. The letters correspond to the subsections of { 7 of 2 Cal . Adm.
