RESOLUTION NO. 89-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS, APPROPRIATING FUNDS, AND AWARDING
A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD, PHASE I1 IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 3205

for construction of Carlsbad Boulevard, Phase I1 Improveme 7
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carl
9 WHEREAS, the low bid received for the constructiol

the amount of $2,107,278.34; and 11
said project was submitted by West Coast General Company
12 WHEREAS, funds are available in the project acc

! City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 19
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 18
