RESOLUTION NO. 89-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO CALTRANS FOR SENATE BILL 140 FUNDING FOR
CERTAIN ARTERIAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs

7 Bill 140 Funding for certain arterial street improvements.
City Engineer should be authorized to make application to CALTRANS fo,
a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C;
