RESOLUTION NO. 89-104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR FINANCIAL ADVICE ON THE PROPOSED TRASH TO ENERGY PLANT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Cali
resolves as follows:
1. The City Attorney is authorized in cooperatio
the cities of Escondido and Encinitas to retain a financial
to assist in the trash to energy plant litigation and in pre
financial information before the Board of Supervisors in reg
the proposed renegotiated contract for the San Marcos plant
2. That a not to exceed appropriation of $4,000 fr
contingency account is hereby made to be drawn upon by th
Attorney to pay Carlsbad's one third share of the expert's
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting
City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the Bth day of M;
1989, by the following vote, to wit:
