RESOLUTION NO. 89-97
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FIVE (5) RECORDED GRANT DEEDS.
WHEREAS, Carl and Joanne Seel hoff, Joel Cannataro, Hans H. Li
Robert and Marilyn Hahnel, and Stephen and Bobette Seel ig have submit
deeds conveying easements to the City of Carlsbad for sewer and drainage
over a portion of CT 83-03; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has determined
in the public interest to accept said deeds;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of I
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed received from Carl and Joanne Seelhc
Cannataro, Hans H. Lindenskov, Robert and Marilyn Hahnel, and Stephen an
Seelig dated August 5, 1987, July 29, 1987, July 30, 1987 and July
respectively, conveying easements for sewer and drainage purposes over
I 1 of CT 83-03, to the City of Carl sbad are hereby accepted.

3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to place the p
recorded Deeds into the City files.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regul ar meeting of the Carl
Council held on the 2gth day of March , 1989 by the following
