A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
CARLSBAD PARKING AUTHORITY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Car' 5
WHEREAS, the terms of and Robert Prescott expired in April, 1989;

the Carlsbad Parking Authority for term to expire in April, 1993. 9
