A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR
~ LIGHTING INSTALLATION BIDS FOR THE CARLSBAD HIGH SCHOOL ’ TENNIS FACILITY PROJECT # 86-1-37032
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad I

has determined it necessary and in the public interest tc
light the Carlsbad High School tennis courts; and
a WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and contract
documents for the furnishing of all labor materials, tools, 9

equipment, transportation, and other expenses necessary oz
incidental for said project, Project No. 86-1-37032 have beer
prepared and are on file in the Parks and Recreatior
Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated b]
reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true an(
correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contraci
documents as presented are hereby approved. 20

hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish, ii
accordance with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids fo:
