A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CITIZENS COMMITTEE TO STUDY OPEN SPACE.
4 'WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is des
