A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A ZONE CHANGE FROM L-C-Q TO 0-Q. APPLICANT: LAUREL TREE INVESTMENT

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on March 1,
