RESOLUTION NO. 89-122
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT
OF BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
TO MANZANO DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 3313
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
determined it necessary, desirable, and in the public int
to construct improvements on Manzano Drive; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and contract docu
for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equir:
transportation, and other expenses necessary or incidenta
said project, Project No. 3313, have been prepared and a
file in the Municipal Projects Department of the Cit
Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl
California, has previously appropriated $40,000 for
project ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has entered int
agreement with the State of California, Department of Park
Recreation for additional State funding in the amount of $E
for said project; and
WHEREAS, construction of said improvements is a matt
public necessity and safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the plans, specifications, and cor
documents as presented are hereby approved.
