RESOLUTION NO. 89-125
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA TEMPORARILY CLOSING MANZANO DRIVE AT THE INTERSECTION OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD.

WHEREAS, Manzano Drive was constructed to serve as an access i

WHEREAS, Manzano Drive is not required for internal traffic circul

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C8
