A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING PRECISE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PHASE IV EXPANSION OF THE ENCINA WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY LOCATED AT
6200 AVENIDA ENCINAS.
APPLICANT: ENCINA ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY

WHEREAS, on March 15, 1989 the Carlsbad Planning

Council that Precise Development Plan PDP 1(C) be approved; g
Commission adopted Resolution No. 2830 recommending to the C
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
11 April 18, 1989 held a public hearing to consider the

recommendations and heard all persons interested in or oppos
Precise Development Plan 1(C); and
WHEREAS, said precise development plan has been
declared to have been considered in conjunction with a prevj
certified Environmental Compliance dated November 12, 1988,
was approved by the Planning Commission on March 15, 1989 iI
compliance with Chapter 19.04 of the City of Carlsbad
