RESOLUTION NO. 89-142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR A PORTION OF LOT 41, MAP 11595, RESERVED FOR STREET
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Map No. 11595, recorded August 20, 1986 as File No. 86-360328
provided an irrevocable offer to dedicate a portion of Lot 41 reserved for street
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the said offer of dedication was rejected on the Map, but remains
open and subject to future acceptance by the City, and
WHEREAS, Edward Prentice, et a1 have submitted a request for a Minor
Subdivision, MS 765, which requires the portion of Lot 41
street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
in the public interest to accept said offer; "
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the offer of dedication for a portion of Lot 41 of Map 11595,
for future street adjacent to Maria Lane, to the County of San Diego which is or
