RESOLUTION NO. 89-145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING QUITCLAIM OF RELINQUISHED AND WAIVED ACCESS RIGHTS IN AND TO PARK DRIVE, FROM A PORTION OF LOT NO. 4 OF CT 80-14.

WHEREAS, Richard V. J. White has submitted a request for quit
relinquished and waived access rights in and to Park Drive from a portir
4 of CT 80-14, Blue Lagoon Estates;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined
in the pub1 ic interest to quitclaim said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, EjE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of C

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed releasing relinquished and waive
rights in and to Park Drive from a portion of Lot 4 of Carlsbad Tract Nc 1 to Richard V.J. White and Sharon Lee White, which is on file with the Ci
