RESOLUTION NO. 89-151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF BUENA VISTA LAGOON ISLAND
RESTORATION, PROJECT NO. 3258 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of Buena Vista Lagoon Is
Restoration has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, all projects costs are established.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of Buena Vista Lagoon Is
Restoration specifically identified as Project No. 3258
deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of carlsl
California, is hereby authorized to execute the Notice
Completion and have same recorded.
