RESOLUTION NO. 89-157
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNI
ESTABLISHING ANNUAL UTILITIES RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT FEES.

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council approves the establishment of an Annua
of-Way Permit Fee in the amounts shown below:
San Diego Gas and Electric - $5,000 Pacific Bell Telephone Co. - $2,500 Daniels Cablevision - $2,500
3. That that above fees shall be effective on July 1, 1989.
